We are happy to have you join us at the Oregon City School District. OCSD employees are committed to putting students first, and we know that the care and well-being of our staff is vital to this work.

OCSD employees are supported through:

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)- provides free and confidential services to assist staff with personal and/or work related issues affecting mental and emotional well-being.  EAP services include but are not limited to counseling, work-life balance and wellness resources.

  • Mentoring/Coaching for new to the profession educators and administrators

  • Professional Learning Teams (PLTs) at all schools, with monthly Learning Specialist PLTs for district collaboration.

 Additional Professional Learning supports:

  • Access to tuition reimbursement

  • Professional development
